Redefining sweetness

As a kid, one of the best surprises ever was the time my mom let me skip school so we could go spend the morning picking strawberries to make homemade jam for friends and family.  We trounced through acres and acres of strawberries with their deep red berry-ness overwhelming our senses.  By the end of the day, I had the exact aroma imprinted deeply into my mind.

This coffee takes me back to that day when I became a school-skipper and a farmer all at the same time.  We roast our coffees to order to bring out just the right tastes so that the bean will do its part to thrill you with every sip.
