Description
On our trips to Guatemala, one of my favorite things is to sit on the rooftop of our hotel, sip coffee and contemplate the beautiful scenery and people of Guatemala.
Isn't one of the best uses for coffee to take us to a place of peace when we need it?
We roast this coffee to a medium + roast which mutes acidity a bit and brings out warm cocoa notes and pleasant citrus and stone-fruit aromas.
Why we love this coffee:
-
Guatemala is filled with active and extinct volcanos whose activity creates magic in the soil where the coffee grows. The volcanos lend minerals and nutrients to help coffee thrive and taste distinctively beautiful.
-
Notes of dutch cocoa, honeyed orange and a touch of peach.
-
Rich without being too “in your face”.
